Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to YOMN ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our booking management services, website, and software (collectively, the "Service"), you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of Service

YOMN provides a SaaS platform for businesses to manage bookings and customer interactions. You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Certain features of the Service are subject to subscription fees. Use of the Service on a paid plan ("Solo", "Business", "Agency") requires payment of the applicable fees. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of YOMN and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Israel and foreign countries. All rights reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YOMN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, containing without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account specifically immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
